Changing the lives of 250 indigenous Girl Students

Indigenous girls are facing many challenges particularly in rural India Most of the rural families don't encourage their girls to attend schools and colleges due to poverty and discrimination; parents also feel girls are burden to them. Parents are forced to decide to get their daughters married. They live in rural areas where there are no colleges for their higher education. Some are discontinuing their studies. Initiated to bring change in the lives of girls through educational support.

Rural families don't encourage their girls to attend schools and colleges Girls who marry in childhood face immediate and lifelong consequences. They are more likely to experience domestic violence. Child marriage increases the risk of early and unplanned pregnancy, in turn increasing the risk of maternal complications and mortality. It can also isolate girls from family and friends and exclude them from participating in their communities, taking a heavy toll on their mental health.

Bring change for girl students in the society through educational support is really helpful to the girls. Organizing educational seminars and community awareness camps in rural villages of India. Identifying poor merit girls to support through scholarship to continue their education. Intervening with the local government officials to frame policies to protect girl child and support their education would bring change and helps to lead dignified life. Campaign is essential to involve others .

Long-Term Impact

Need to ensure in implementing the policies on child protection and education. Communities feel responsible in the society to protect girl children and to continue their education. Government give free education to the children who are below poverty line and encourages through special programs. With this , we can see the development of the country and helps to avoid social and economical discrimination in practice. Women will get earnings, equality and freedom.
