As the existing 35 clinic & hospital lighting systems are in essentially a war zone, there is a high turnover in personnel, as well as unusual equipment failures.
The training refresh session for solar clinic technicians was conducted in early November 2008 in partnership with the the Karen Department of Health and Welfare (KDHW).
At the event, replacement equipment was delivered to the technicians who came when necessary, so that every clinic electrification system can function as planned.
