This project will build a center in Kigali, providing an access to a rich and various arts for vulnerable and non vulnerable children. The center will provide support services to detect, develop and nourish their talents from early age. The main aim of the center is to give children the rights to have fun, right to play, to expression and an opportunity to exchange with those from different backgrounds but also an emotional healing for vulnerable ones such as street children, sexually abused etc
More than 50% of the rwandan population are children under 18. to develop in his/her all aspects, children need to play, to associate, share and exchange with other children, yet in Kigali city there is no chance for children to play in the neighborhood as their counterparts in the rural areas. it is challenging situation for both children and parents. benefits from the center are endless it will be a hub for games, talents and networks, whereas it is a safe and affordable space for parents.
