God Bless your wonderful service!

Students at our Evening Study Center
Students at our Evening Study Center

Dear Donors,

We wholeheartedly thank all of you for your wonderful support!

SPPD is glad to declare that with the support of GlobalGiving, we have successfully completed a year in this project.

Initially, the students enrolled in this support were deprived of their basic educational requirements due to the poor family background. Their inability to pay their tuition and fees, purchase of books and other materials would have lead them harshly to be dropouts at a very early age.

After genuine verification, 50 students were enrolled under the project. With the much expected support at their reach, they were able to continue their studies and improve their concentration in studies. Almost all of them have successfully cleared their exams and at present they are in the IX Grade. Congratulations to all these students who have shown great achievement despite their poor status.

We strongly hope that your support would continue in the days to come as well. Your care and support for the children will go a long way not in just providing the much needed education but also in reinforcing their faith that they are not alone and the society cares for them.

We will come up with more updates on the project and the beneficiaries soon.

With regards,

J.Raju.

Name                          :           M.Jeeva

Grade                          :           Std.VIII

School                         :           Saraswathi Vidya Sala Mania Middle School

Jeeva’s father with the partnership of three others, were employed with charcoal business. But it earned him a minimum salary, which was insufficient to feed and educate his children. During his free time he used to work in the farm. His mother is a housewife. She was deprived of her basic needs. She and her brother used to receive old clothes from the school officials. In spite of their poor situation, the children were always neat & clean and Jeeva was very interested in studies. Her interest in studies had marked our interest in supporting her.
