School children in rural Ghana walk long distance to school. Some feel tired the next day and do not want to go again. With Bicycles it is easier whilst making sports on the way to school.
ACRO Ghana operates in Rural Ghana where farming of food crops and cash crops like Cocoa and Coffee are grown. These are small farming communities which do not have their own schools. The children of these farmers therefore, have to travel distances to the nearby schools making children aged 6 make long distances to school. The time they reach school they are already won out and could not do any intensive learning. Additionally, they are tired to go again the next day which do help their passes
We organise extra classes to improve passes to higher schools. The children who gets the Bicycles are motivated to have all school attendance, increasing their school performances. They get to school after few rides and are refreshed to learn.
Higher education for children particularly girls prevent pre-marriage pregnacies and the spread of HIV/Aids in the community. Children born the grown ups are well kept reducing the cycle of school drop outs that reduces crime and increase standards.
