The number of abandoned children has drastically risen to fourteen. These children were brought in after rescued under different circumstances. The most touching of these is the story of Zilpah who was rescued after being thrown into a pit latrine by her mother. Injuries sustained mosltly on her head are slowly healing. She has since found love and happiness with us. Other new children came with malnutrition and are currently on therapeutic nutrition
Lydia, our long term abandoned child has started lessons on sign language through the help of our occupational therapist. She can now identify colours and knows numbers 1 - 10.
Money we collect from Globalgiving buys formula, diapers, cereal and more.
