That feeling of true accomplishment, that fete of having completed something so many years in the making... Graduation.
Most of us can remember the magic of graduation day. We remember what it was like to feel both relieved at the thought of finishing something and a little overwhelmed at the bigness of what was ahead. At HALO this year, we got to celebrate several very special graduates. You can see some of their smiles in these photos. These and our other 2022 HALO graduates are truly over-comers. These students had to complete school in a pandemic!
Today, and every day, we celebrate these kids and HALO kids around the world who are fighting to make a better life for themselves than the one that was handed to them. We celebrate their drive and are so grateful we can be part of their stories. We can't wait to see all they accomplish.
