Annual Review : By the observations ,interactions with the beneficiaries, it was found that the beneficiaries  have been benefited by attending / participating activities conducted by Center as follows :

1. Senior citizens can able to maintain their normal health
2. Daily  Yoga practice, has helped them a lot to control over minor sickness like  joint pains and other health problems.
3. Special guest lectures on diet is essential which enables them  to maintain their health and prevent complication.
4. Daily Prayers and spiritual books reading have developed a spiritual and positive energy in their life.
5. Through newspaper reading, updating the elderly people with general knowledge.
6. By arranging recreational programme like sports, picnic, exposure visits  has developed confidence, energy amongs senior citizens  and help them to face the challenges.
7. In cities like Mumbai, where people have no time for themselves and where lives of old age people ultimately takes a back seat in the families. The Day Center  is imperative as it helps continuously developing positive attitude in elderly people  and provides them  guidance  for the better life.
