Health Check-up

The daily programmes like Yoga, Daily prayer, indoor games, mythological stories, music, bhajans etc. are regularly conducted and all elderly people at Centre  are enjoying attending the centre.

Yoga sessions were also conducted regularly which useful to all Sr. Citizens to maintain their normal health.  In these sessions beneficiaries were taught the importance of health  care and how to relieve  body pains as pain is the common symptoms to be found in the old people.

General Medical check-up was orgainsed for all the beneficiaries. In all total 26 elderly people were participated.   Sr.Citizens  diagnosed diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Anaemia, Asthama, Joint pains, vetigo, pain in abdomen, chest pain etc. 

Medicines were provided to Sr.Citizens as per the advice of Doctor.

The Pathological tests for all sr.citizens  was organized,  in which 23  Sr.Citizens  have been pathologically checked i.e Hemoglobin,  fasting and post pandal, cholesterol  tests. Etc..  

One day  picnic for Sr.Citizens of Marol centre which mainly focused for Pune Darshan. During this trip, Shaniwarwada, Saraswasbaug, Dagadseth Halwai Ganpati temple etc. were visited. 

All have enjoyed the picnic.
