The recent heaviest rains flooded, The seven villages in UC Mahar District Thatta Sindh Pakistan displaced/affected 5,026 people, 718 families, Need urgent help! The accessibility is challenging for affected people to reach out to basic necessities to fulfill their needs. The Fast Rural Development Program team has conducted a rapid need assessment to collect information about the current situation and vulnerabilities of affected people and their most dire needs.
Heavy rain and floodwater have ruined the lives of people in many villages in our project areas under the Thatta district of Pakistan. Thousands of the Population have lost their home and agriculture land. Flood has ruined their farms, huts, sanitary latrine, crops, Cattle and children's educational materials, etc.
This Project will enable to respond quickly and help affected People with immediate assistance. Clean Drinking water, Food, latrine will be provided to them 500 flood victim's families. As relief moves into recovery assistance will help victims regain their livelihood and they can start their better life. After project implementation, people will have access to safe drinking and have access to food.
