Remember Rudy? He was a top performer in our Welding Instructor Try-Outs who we selected to join our team. Prior to training at Extollo, he had no work. Today, he is being mentored in our state-of-the art metal fabrication facility where he is honing his welding skills and learning the metal fabrication process.
We are equipping him to become a valued welder and giving him the knowledge to start his own small welding business one day if he chooses. In return, Rudy is training to become a welding instructor to share his abilities with other students. Thank you for giving Rudy a chance! He is shining bright in Extollo’s programs and this opportunity is all thanks to you!
