Crisis in Ukraine: Maintaining Trauma Supply Lines

On behalf of ORSI, we want to extend our deepest appreciation for your generous donations, which support the work we do in Ukraine.

Your generous donations have impacted thousands of lives by providing limb and life-saving orthopedic surgical relief in Ukraine. ORSIs humanitarian efforts in Ukraine are a key part of the war effort. By providing aid to those in need, we not only help to save lives but also make it possible for people to continue fighting.

Over the past year, we have delivered approximately 1,000 orthopedic surgical trauma kits to the Ukrainian battlefield. Provided orthopedic surgical implants/equipment, massive amounts of soft goods, bandages antibiotics, and more. ORSI has also delivered over 650,000 dollars of critical care equipment including respirators, incubators, cardiac critical care equipment, and approximately 14,000 tourniquets for the Ukraine battlefield.

Currently, we are looking to fund the manufacturer that provides thousands of tourniquets for the battlefield and support programs to care for the amputated victims both civilian and military. As always, we continue to collect the funds for the purchase of orthopedic surgical trauma kits. This will be an ongoing need as well. We are looking to raise $100,000 to support our programs in Ukraine over the next 12 months.
