The project seek to sustain the public interest advocacy for peace. justice and strong institutions in Ghana for good governance and transparency in our social, political and economic life. Ghana though a democratic country the political class have politicized everything with lies and deception and in some cases political violence the create insecurity and injustice weakening our institutions to make them ineffective. WE wish to sustained it public interest research and advocacy crusade
The rivalry and antagonistic politics has created fear and panic among the citizenry anytime there is an election. Besides the police and the court system are not able to dispense justice due to political interference making the police and the court among weak institution in Ghana. Some of these things interfere with our peace and make Ghana failed in the SDG 16 that we seek to focus on
The advocacy will drum home the importance of peace, justice and strong institutions in GHANA. PIRAN-GH will continue to expose the unguarded politicians whose utterances threatened the peace of the country, and continue to pile pressure on weaker institutions due to political interference to work for the general public than doing the bidding of the government or opposition
It will guarantee us peace and justice to work freely to strengthen our institutions for proper and transparent administration from the central government to the local assemblies in Ghana.
