The conditions of the targeted beneficiaries such as SC/BPL / School-Drop outs / marginalized categories are very poor. Distance from major cities, want of skills and lack regular income sources for these proposed target groups are the major challenges. They are doing mostly labour work in agricultural or construction sectors on seasonal basis. So that, there is dire need to provide these type of self-employment training facilities in this most backward area especially for women / girls.
The planned functional vocational trainings to the rural youth in Tailoring, Beautician, Plumber, Computer and Mobile Repairing Training trades to 900 target beneficiaries young men & women would result in a number of positive outcomes such as:They will be able to earn their livelihood easily as per need of the area & interest Increase social status of the Women, Development of skills, knowledge & empowerment of rural women. decrease in migration, unemployment and influence of social evils.
In the long run project would directly impact more than 900 youth and their families and as well as the neighbours in the region. The unemployment and rural-urban migration will be reduced. By increasing the knowledge and skill of the beneficiaries the project would work as a model to the youth, particularly for the women in the backward region. The self confidence and sustainability brought out by the project would result in further expansion/scale-ability of the project in other regions
