Since the start (Sept. 20, 2012) of our "Give 40 Children in Asia the Ability to Walk" GlobalGiving challenge, we have provided 8 children in Asia free orthopedic care and the opportunity for a better future. 

Treatment Included:

  • Three (3) Ankle Foot Orthoses (AFO)
  • Three (3) Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses (KAFO)
  • One (1) Trans Tibial Prosthesis (TT)
  • Three (3) Pavlik Harnesses (PH)

Diagnoses Included:

  • Cerebral Palsy (CP)
  • Developmental Displasia of the Hips (DDH)
  • Limb Deficiency (Trauma/Amputation)
  • Congenital Deformity of the Lower Limb 

Breakdown of Costs: 

  • Prostheses: $90.20
  • Orthoses: $454.60

          Total: $544.80
