Beats in a jungle explores girl abduction and effect of this senseless act. It inspires a girl's fight to escape captivity amidst treachery, remorselessness. It seeks to restore hope and living on despite ruins and encourages a never give up resolution. An inspiration to girl child powerful instincts.
Almost every family in and around northern Uganda was affected by kony massacres of innocent civilians especially children.Recent happenings of kidnaps for ransom target innocent girls. With such a past many girls and parents live in fear.The torment they go through is unimaginable and many are psychologically tormented while others lose life. No one wants to live in such fear and fail to go about their lives as young persons.This target on girls is a result of war,disagreements or greed
This project explores hopes and determinations of a young girls hopes for success and inspiration to beat all the odds. The story follows a young girls fight for redemption amidst deceitful abductions and forced slavery. It also seeks to empower girls about self worth amidst compromising situations. Hope builds confidence and power to survive. This is also seeks to share the plight of abductees and seek to educate for redemptive measure.
The long term effect is to challenge the deeds of those who use women as bets in their senseless and selfish wars.Its a means to reflect on our actions and understand the impact of ruin to the growing mind so as to inform educate communities that women lives too matter.This film would impact positivity and advocate for respect of an individuals' right to life and a challenge to selfish senseless and greedy acts .
