Give a Vietnamese child a helmet; save a life Mother Vo Thi Thuy Nhung captures her children's "happiest moment" for a photo contest designed to raise awareness of the importance of child road safety and slowing down in school zones in Vietnam. Currently, 2,150 children lose their lives on the roads in Vietnam. As this photo reminds us, let's do our best to protect the happiest moments of our precious children.
