    Feeding time patience: It may look like we're swimming in a sea of shelter dogs (mainly cause we are) but the daily lunch routine has been going on for so long that each dog waits patiently for their dish and knows that there is an order to the feeding. I was pretty impressed by the order.

We were able to build a proper fence system at the shelter that allowed for timid and injured dogs to have a peaceful spot to relax and heal. Our vet team also made sure to tend to injuries.

This little kangaroo joey is now an orphan after his mum was hit by a car, and will remain in care until he is big enough to be released back into the bush.
