Many students have the desire to learn; unfortunately, the income disparity has widened among Liberian families in West Africa. As statistic has shown, many low-income students start school academically disadvantaged. Therefore, students who lack academic readiness are unprepared for educational attainment. School readiness helps students succeed academically and socially in a school environment and prepares them to become responsible adults.
Students will have the educational tools needed to participate in-class activities. For instance, notebooks, book bags, pencils, pens, glue, rulers, erasers, extra are necessary for some students who do not have the means to purchase these items. Therefore, continuous support will provide these items for the students.
Learning is more effective and stimulating when students use the available educational tools and learn how each one works. They are more eager to listen and learn to the lesson being taught.
