This project will change the future of an orphan Ganesh whose parents passed away 10 years ago. Every child is entitled to a safe childhood and education which leads to personal & societal development and well-being. Ganesh will grow into an empowered individual and not a liability to society. Your support will provide him food, education, clothing, health-care, books, stationery etc to help him grow into healthy and responsible adult.
Ganesh's father passed away in an accident leaving his mother with two hapless young children to take care of. His mother passed away soon after. Ganesh had been living without proper family support for the last 9 years. Without your support, he might end up as an illiterate street child or trafficked by anti-social elements. With this micro project, Ganesh can be rehabilitated and his future saved. It will ensure he studies in a good school and pursue a career of his choice and live well.
This project solves the problem by giving providing Ganesh comprehensive care and quality education, shoes, school bags, uniforms, lunch box, test papers, required material to study well. It will ensure regular attendance in the school instead of going to work as child labor. Orphan children are vulnerable to sexual abuse and trafficking. This project helps Ganesh to pursue his dreams and grow up into an empowered citizen.
Each day, we keep getting requests for admission of children who lost their parents in tragic situations. This project provides long-term support 260 children allowing them to break out of illiteracy and poverty. It project brings improvement of children's health, awareness of their rights and makes them more employable in the long run.
