Summary

Many children and schools in Africa lack adequate school supplies. The greatest barrier to the on-going education of girls and boys is the ability of their families to pay for school-related costs (which includes school supplies). By providing these essential supplies, we are enhancing the quality of education and learning. Providing supplies to schools of the Garoua area in Northern Cameroon affects a large number of children and youth that are susceptible to recruitment by Boko Haram.
