We need super heroes! Starting 2016 we've had a lot of support from volunteers who helped us to coordinate 3 photo picnics, 3 art therapy courses, over 30 individual therapy sessions, etc. Now we reached a point that we need to hire a part-time Program manager to help us manage our operations and events in a more systematic manner. We are looking for super-heroes who believe in our project and cause and willing to sign up for monthly donations to cover a salary of a part-time Program Manager.
As we scale up our operations and plan to host more events this year, we are facing a challenge of having more staff to lead and coordinate our events and overall program. This requires a steady monthly coverage of salary expenses, which is quite a challenge for most charity organizations.
Program Manager will have a set of KPIs to achieve. The progress on all KPIs will be reported on a quarterly basis on this project page. 1. Coordinating events: minimum requirement is 1 photopicnic, 1 beauty day and 1 art therapy course until the end of 2019 2. Collaboration with oncology centers 3. Coordinating individual therapy with psychologists for our recipients 4. Obtaining interviews and testimonials: minimum 5 in a year 5. Supporting PR and media
Having a more systematic approach to the fund's work will allow us to establish relationships with more oncology clinics and to help more people. This will also let us coordinate volunteers work in a more organized manner (training, policies enablement, etc.), which will help to establish further relationships with our volunteers and to attract more help on a pro bono basis.
