We will provide wine and vinegar making ingredients for 3 farmers associations engaged in wine and vinegar production from surplus fruits and juicy vegetables like tomato. When fruits are in season and owing to bad road condition and inefficient marketing system, fruits most often rot or the prices are so low they are just thrown away. Making them into wine and vinegar means tremendous profits for the farmers and the shelf-life of the wines is long, they become nice when they age.
During crop season which usually happens for fruits and juicy vegetables like tomato, prices go down and it is not profitable even to harvest and transport the fruits due also to bad road conditions and inefficient marketing system. A way must be designed so that farmers can earn from their produce and one of the ways is making wine and vinegar out our the surplus fruits. All that is needed and which we are asking for support are wine-making ingredients. Thank you very much.
