These children and youth represent others in the village child protection committee.
These children come from different backgrounds and have had different experiences, this project through training will enable them make their photographs diverse. Children and youth will write a story on a theme that they will choose on their own. Some of the themes they have have suggested writing about include:child sacrifice, death of a friend, environmental degradation among others
The children and youth will be trained on photography and story telling, these stories will be posted on our website, social media and in the streets of Mpigi District where we work, this is expected to communicate issues affecting children and youth in the community where we work.
The child protection committees will be strengthened to report on the issues affecting them with evidence from photographs taken by them selves.
