Thank you for changing the lives of young women!!!

By Marshall Bailly II | Executive Director

Dear Donor because of you Adbulhadi Usman stands poised to transform the lives of young women around her and that of her family. With your donation's Adbulhadi plans to offer each of the five young women she hires specialized training and for each to have an area of focus promoting the young women to work together instead of competing in the same shop. The business will attract new customers from the Yewla Community by offering new tailoring techniques from Abuja and Lagos that are not practiced in Northern Nigeria.

With your support it our Adbulhadi's and LI's hope that her new tailoring shop will become an icon of what woman can achieve in Yewla. The shop should employee up to 6 women  who will now have the incomes needed to control their fates and help support their families.

Adbulhadi says Ismaila's words will continue to inspire their business each day  "Too many people are married out of fear of not eating, not having shelter of being shunned by our families for not having a husband. I am going to change that for women who were born with a desire to work and find love!"
Adbulhadi and her potential employees training has already begun with LI and they hope to launch their project in the next 6 months!!!

So once again thank you from the bottom of everyone's heart here at Leadership Initiatives. If you would ever like to speak to our staff on the ground, a project leader, one of our Business Alliance student participants, we would love to set up a Skype chat for you.

As we would love have you involved with Leadership Initiatives if you ever want to help grow our programs, learn of ways you can participate or have new ideas on how to develop our programs please contact me at mbailly@leadershipinitiatives.org. Your hard work and intelligence is the greatest gift we could receive as we try and create a better world.

Also if you had a moment could you tell us why you donated and how you heard of us, we are always trying to better refine our message and reach more people with our call to change. Thank you for also helping us, understand amazing people like you better!

Wishing you, your friends and especially your family the absolute best this New Year!!!!

Sincerely,

Marshall and the entire LI family
