Joy in Tacloban

A microproject by International Disaster Volunteers (IDV)
May 22, 2014

Thanks so much for supporting Tacloban's children!

Thanks for your support!
Thanks for your support!

We’d like to extend a very warm thank you for your gifts to help us spread joy in Tacloban.

While we didn’t quite reach our goal here on GlobalGiving, we were able to find the funds to launch an enriching summer camp for more than 50 kids. Our camp is full of art, learning and games like sack races and twister.

For kids who lost everything in Typhoon Haiyan, coming to camp every day gives them a chance to focus on what kids do best – playing and exploring.

Your donations helped make our camp possible – thanks so much!

If you ever have any questions about how we’re using your gift please don’t hesitate to email  I would love to hear from you!
