Help Us Send St. Nick To A Peaceful Forever Home!

Help Us Send St. Nick To A Peaceful Forever Home!

Summary

St. Nick was abandoned along the side of Hwy 26 on top of Mt. Hood in December. Sound Equine Options was able to capture him and get him to safety. After months of trying to gain his trust, seeing the physical and mental scars left by another human, we have accepted a sanctuary home for him in Northern California. This comes with additional costs though. $750 in gas for the truck & trailer as well as $2000 for the cost of care & training for the 2 mustangs that we need to take in trade.

Challenge

With this funding we will be able to give St. Nick a home where he can be free and relax without fear of abusive humans.

Solution

This will provide a home for St. Nick where he will not have to stress about abusive humans again. We will also be able to give 2 mustangs a new life through training and adoption in exchange for St. Nicks spot in the sanctuary!

Long-Term Impact

Sound Equine Options hopes to provide education and awareness of our programs and the neglect crisis in our community.
