Most people in our healthcare centres come from underprivileged backgrounds- rural communities with limited resources- and patients visiting our Swarupnagar centre are no different.
At each of our healthcare centres weeklong medications are provided free of cost. Patients only pay for medical consultations, which too are subsidized at Rs. 70 (around 1 USD).
This project was intended to raise funds for medicine to ensure proper treatment of patients, despite their financial constraints.
In the last 6 months, July to December 2018, 15662 patients have been treated at this centre. They received free medicine from our pharmacy, which every healthcare unit is equipped with. Your generosity certainly made it more convenient for us to continue our work. Your support helped us procure the medication and effectively deliver them to patients.
The communities in rural India show perseverance in the face of every challenge so we try and work to the best of our abilities to help them. Without the support of our donors it would be very difficult to serve them efficiently. So we have profound gratitude in our hearts for our donors.
You have truly made a difference in their lives.
