Summary

Every year Pathways helps dozens of battered American mothers and children flee home to the USA for safety. Housing is the next big obstacle these victims face. With this project, we will pay rent for one month for a battered mother and her child once she is safely home in the USA.

Challenge

Children like Aiden need a secure home after escaping with their abused moms back home to the USA. With this project, we will pay one months' rent for a battered mother to get into their own housing.

Solution

One battered mother will be able to start her life over again with her child by securing a safe home.

Long-Term Impact

The project serves 500 women per year empowering them to find alternatives to a life of violence so their children grow up in violence free homes with their self-esteem in tact with the hope of stopping the cycle of violence in future generations.
