Challenge

Since the military coup in February 2021, the country has been in chaos. The rise in the cost of living and the decline of the currency is felt most by the people in Yangon's poor districts. Many have lost their jobs, and have no money to buy food for their families. This project provides 50 kg of rice each for more than 300 families.

Solution

Projekt Burma provides rice for families in den poor quarters of Yangon and thus protects especially the children from hunger

Long-Term Impact

this project will save families and protect children from undernutrition.
