Thank you to our wonderful GlobalGiving donors!

On Saturday, December 21st from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Gbawe Central Chapel, PAAJAF celebrated 105 Children by throwing a party and making a gift present to orphans and severely underprivileged children and youth in Gbawe Community. The idea was put smiles into the faces of children by enjoying a spectacular day of playing games, listening to music, making crafts, eating food, and talent show.  The children were received a  bag full of gifts to take home!

PAAJAF organized this event with the recognition with Dreams For Kids USA and supported by GlobalGiving USA as planned on December 21, 2013.    Dreams For Kids with this event – Holiday For Hope for 2013 was expected celebrate over 1,500 underprivileged kids and on this, PAAJAF had celebrated 105 children at Gbawe Community in Accra, Ghana.  The event was very inspirational, restoring hope and putting smiles into the faces of the children.   Due to lack of funding for the event, we could not get all the gifts as we planned for them. You have helped us raise $350 from your generous and kind-hearted donations at GlobalGiving. Thank you GlobalGiving and our Donors.  Merry Christmas to you all for restoring hope and putting smiles into the faces of the children at Gbawe. Without your donation, we could have not been able to organize this event.

The during the event, the children enjoyed playing indoor games – skipping rope, singing and dancing, debate on current affairs, networking etc.  We made small presentation to the children which include rice, spectacles for Christmas, toffees and a dress for a child.

December 21, 2014, we would like to make a big difference in the life of these children and starting from now, the preparation for the 2014 event has begun and we are call for sponsors for this event.  Our target is to raise $5,000 and to reach 200 children. Any further donations we receive is for the 2014 event and we are creating campaign on our website for this event and we would need your help.  Please, any donation makes a difference.  If you are interested to sponsor or partner this event you can drop us email at info@paajaf.org or you can make donation to us through our website or GlobalGiving. PAAJAF accepts donations through PAYPAL or Direct Bank Transfer. Please, make your pledge now via the PAAJAF website www.paajaf.org.

Thank you dear friends
