PAAJAF is organizing this event in support of Dreams For Kids USA. Holiday For Hope means we will celebrate for 100 underprivileged kids in Ghana, which will continue to be the largest holiday event of its kind in our community. We are focusing on 100 underprivileged children identified in our community particularly the 24 children from the scholarship fund giving them educational gifts and a festive day to our impoverished and forgotten children to lighten their spirits in tough times.
Impoverished and forgotten children in the Gbawe community in Ghana rarely have an opportunity to celebrate the holidays. With this event, it will bring hope and a child will experience a day of the true holiday spirit, with the chance to open gifts and receive new unused clothing, reading books, sports items like basketballs, soccer balls, and skipping ropes. We are focusing on 100 underprivileged children identified in our community particularly the 24 children from the scholarship fund.
On Saturday, December 21st from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Gbawe Central Chapel, PAAJAF will celebrate 100 Children. This microproject will enable us to organise a Christmas Event and make a gift present to orphans and severely underprivileged children and youth in Gbawe Community. The children will enjoy a spectacular day of playing games, listening to music, making crafts, eating food, talents exhibition etc. Let's not forget that each child will receive a bag full of gifts to take home.
By reaching out to these children through a Christmas event it will bring the community closer together to celebrate the season and to unite together. Underprivileged children in the community will have renewed hope and joy for the holidays and coming year.
