International Women's Day is recognized all over the world to celebrate women's achievement. This year's theme is "Break The Bias" and this project will work towards that goal. The Asherah Foundation strives for a gender equal world through the power of education, therefor all the funds raised will be directed to providing scholarships for women all over the world
By supporting this fundraising, donors will be taking action for equality grant women to pursue their goals despite difficult circumstances they may face.
Funds raised will be used to provide candidates with scholarships to pursue their degrees. Our scholarships help alleviate the financial burden placed on women who are expected to pay for themselves, their families, and their academic expenses all while getting an education.
The project will help the selected candidates to get closer to their academic goals. Once they obtain their desired education, they will have the freedom to choose their own path in their careers and lives, making them more financially stable. The impact of the project will also bring a change in the opportunities for the next generation, the cultural norms and perceptions of women getting altered once successful women enter the workforce.
