Earlier this year, they faced the challenge of uniting their team around a common strategy.<\/p>\n<h5>Act<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nVigen and the Zartonk-89 team used the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalgiving.org\/learn\/nonprofit-theory-of-change\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Theory of Change tool<\/a> to break down their plan for making their goals a reality. Step-by-step, they plotted out who they were trying to help, how they would do it, and how they would measure their impact. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/www.globalgiving.org\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Theory-of-Change-Example_600.jpg\" alt=\"Zartonk-89&#039;s Theory of Change \" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.globalgiving.org\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Theory-of-Change-Example_600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.globalgiving.org\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Theory-of-Change-Example_600-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 567px) 100vw, (min-width: 568px) 80vw, (min-width: 1024px) 33vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Learn<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nBy performing the Theory of Change tool as a team, Zartonk-89 was able to visualize their long term goals of building better social conditions for children and identify their largest barriers to organizational success. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"box_bottomMargin1 box_verticalPadded1 box_horizontalPadded6 text_fontSizeLarger col_ggPrimary1Text\"><p>&#8220;This tool helped all the members of our team to understand their role in our organization and how they can contribute to the future promotion of the project and highlight new problems.&#8221;<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #C1BAB0;\"><small><em>\u2014 Vigen, Zartonk-89 Project Leader<\/em><\/small><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Glenna visited Zatronk-89 as part of GlobalGiving&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalgiving.org\/aboutus\/who-we-are\/field\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Field Program<\/a>.
