The images of destruction from the Super Typhoon in the Philippines are startling. Officials estimate more than 10,000 people have died and hundreds of thousands are now homeless. The country’s emergency relief funds were already depleted after a series of natural disasters earlier this year, leaving a weakened infrastructure and a critical need for international support.

That’s why we’ve set up the Super Typhoon Haiyan Relief Fund. Your donation will support immediate and long-term rescue and recovery for those affected.

We’re working with our local partners in the Philippines to determine which needs are most vital, and we'll quickly and efficiently get your funds to the ground. Initial funds will help survivors get necessary supplies, including food, fuel, clean water, hygiene products, and shelter. As the days and weeks pass, your donations will help with long-term recovery.

As always, you'll receive updates about how your donations are being used.

Thank you for your generosity. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out

Warmly,
Kevin Conroy and the GlobalGiving Team
