Western HIV/AIDS Network appreciates our collaborative involvement with KEMRI confirmation letter dated 24th.April 2007 through M/S Nancy Kamau (See KEMRI/LIB/9/1) KEMRI made a Donation of several Health Information Materials to our organization’s library (Western HIV/AIDS Network’s Library) as a policy of KEMRI to donate information materials which are relevant to other institution’s information needs. Thank you very much you really came to our assistance when we really needed help. Currently AIDSFree -USA are willing to fund our organization’s HIV- Programs but cannot do it directly to our organization therefore Western HIV/AIDS Network kindly requests CDC-Kenya through KEMRI to help by linking us with AIDSFree -USA for PEPFAR-Fund. (see detailed information in the attached documents) Your assistance will be truly appreciated since it will help us respond to both HIV-Infected and affected persons in our organization’s catchments area.Western HIV/AIDS Network-officially elected on March 10th.2014 at Golf Hotel during an NGO-Coordination Board collaborative Workshop between County Government and NGOs in Kakamega as the Lead Organization” to chair all Meetings and Forums of Health Sector NGOs ,Western HIV/AIDS Network also appreciates The Rockefeller Foundation Innovation for the next 100 Years e-Collaboration Book Nairobi-HEALTH VULNERABILITIES OF INFORMAL WORKERS 2013-POP-UPLAB already appreciated by Michael Myers-of The Rockefeller Foundation –2013 POP-LAB NAIROBI-KENYA-(CP.) CONTEXT PARTNERS- Rockefeller Foundation innovative 100 Years who attended the training and dissected the issues around the Health and Safety Vulnerabilities of Workers in the Informal Economy and worked as a group to Synthesize a New Potential Solution to Approaching this issue. “Health Sector- NGOs” in Kakamega County and keep record of the same. Western HIV/AIDS Network-(WEHAK) is mainly a Capacity Building NGO-Network to more than 600 registered member CBOs, FBOs, CSOs, Private Sectors, Schools/Colleges, Youth- Initiatives, development/business ventures, Entrepreneurs, Women-merry go round Groups, for effective implementation of development programs/activities in Human Rights, Governance, Poverty Eradication, Gender Initiative, IDP-Internally Displaced Persons, Climate Change, Physically Disability -Challenged Persons, HIV/AIDS Support Groups by HIV/AIDS Prevention, Treatment, Care and Support initiative with the entire Western Region of Kenya - as the Organization’s Catchments area.
