This is a fundraiser to raise money for worthy causes.
Here's some more information about it:
5 years ago, in March 2011, the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster struck Japan. The contamination still limits the amount of time the children of Fukushima can play outside. To help those affected, the management team will hike up Mt. Fuji, day and night, over 48 hours. Their ascent begins on July 29th. Money raised will be donated to Academy Camp, a Japanese charity whose outdoorsy camps encourage children to spend more time outside. Please support our climbing team and donate if you can.
