The problem of unemployment amongst youth is alarming. In Africa Most of the working population are unemployed most of which are girls. Girls are more vulnerable to challenges of unemployment than boys within the African communities because of lack economic power women rely more on the men and parents for their daily bread. Those who do not have guidance ends up in negative jobs like prostitution, stealing etc. Marginalization results as young Women are culturally victimized -- they do not inherit land properties which is the only means of securing a loan. This project aims to support young women for their business initiatives. This will empower them and provide them with a voice to contribute in society and to contribute to their economic empowerment.
