Summary: In this micro project, 60 sewing machines are to be Distributed among 50 Deprived Marginalized Poor Rural & urban Women & Girls to establish their Self-Employment so that they may be Self-Employed and improve financial Standard of their families. Goal: 220,000 USD Challenge: The micro Project in Library Ward Layibi Division Suburb of Gulu Municipality is as the result of the illiteracy of women which doesn’t let them Develop Economically. Being unable to buy Sewing machines, the deprived women are not able to establish they Self-Employment Despite got trained in sewing. This is the Reason why their Dreams to be self-employed never come true and lose Ground in their Economic Development. The poor women depend on Agriculture and Daily wages and due to the lack of water they are not able to do agricultural Activities properly. Solution: This micro project will help the poor women and Girls to be self-employed and develop their livelihood. They will be successful Entrepreneurs. This micro project may get opportunities of creating employment to the poor and deprived women and Girls. Long-Term Impact: Under this micro project, 60 poor and deprived women & Girls will Get Sewing machines and Become Successful Entrepreneurs and may be able to establish their Self-Employment to earn their livelihood successfully. By all this they will get rid of their poverty. They will set examples of becoming successful entrepreneurs to all the women & Girls.
