NMH One Billion Rising

On March 2, 2013, we will be hosting One Billion Rising on our campus. One Billion Rising is a global strike, a call to men and women to refuse to participate in the status quo until rape and rape culture ends. It is a refusal to accept violence against women and girls. Ultimately, it is a new time and a new way of being. In the months leading up to this event, We will be using One Billion Rising as a platform to gather donations for the project Educate an Indian Girl-Child from the Slums.
