{"cache_age":"3600","width":"920","description":"Beso was 10 when he saw his mother die of cancer.  It affected him very deeply, he ended up on the streets and had to leave school.  In 2005 he was sent to a street children's centre but at 16 he was homeless again.  Since 2010 he has been living at our shelter. On 28\/12\/13 he came back from work in pain. We called for an ambulance and he was diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction. He had an operation in which part of his gut was taken outside his body.
