As part of the June Global Open Challenge, on June 18, 2014 individual online donations up to $1000 are matched at 15% through a matching grant of $5,000 offered by GlobalGiving. The organization that raises the most funds from 09:00am EDT on Bonus Day until 11:59 pm EDT on Bonus day will receive an additional $500 Bonus.

Also, the organization with the most unique donors from 09:00am EDT on Bonus Day until 11:59 pm EDT on Bonus day will receive an additional $500 Bonus from GlobalGiving.

Only donations of $25 or more will be matched on Bonus Day and count for the most funds raised and unique donor prizes

What is Bonus Day?

From 09:00 AM EDT to 23:59 PM EDT on June 18, 2014 the GlobalGiving Bonus Day offers a 15% match for unique, online donations at $25 or above made on www.globalgiving.org to projects participating in the June Global Open Challenge.

All online donations above $25 and up to $1,000 per (unique) individual donor per project made on www.globalgiving.org will be matched at 15% until the total matching grant of 5,000 is used up.

The organization that raises the most funds from 09:00 EDT on Bonus Day until 23:59 EDT on Bonus day will receive an additional $500 Bonus.

Also, the organization with the most unique donors from 09:00 AM EDT on Bonus Day until 23:59 PM EDT on Bonus day will receive an additional $500 Bonus from GlobalGiving.

Any donations made on co-branded sites with GlobalGiving corporate partners will not be eligible for matching funding.

The matching funds will not count towards to the $5,000 threshold for the Global Open Challenge. Please review for more information and good luck mobilizing supporters!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• On June 18, 2014 from 09:00:01 hrs EDT to 23:59:59 hrs EDT, $5,000 of matching funds will be released. Any online, unique donation (above $25 or more and up to $1,000 per individual donor per project) to a project participating in the June 2014 Global Open Challenge will be matched at 15% while matching funds remain.
• Once the $5,000 in matching funds has been allocated, no more donations will be matched.
• Donations will be matched based on the order in which they are received.
• Only donations of $25 or more, up to $1,000 per donor per project, will be matched
• Donations below $25 will be counted on the Main Leaderboard, but will not be reflected on the leaderboard below. These donations will count towards the $5,000 and 40 donor thresholds.
• The project with the most funds raised from 09:00am EDT on Bonus Day until 11:59 pm EDT on Bonus day will receive an additional $500.
• The project with the most unique donors from 09:00am EDT on Bonus Day until 11:59 pm EDT on Bonus day will receive an additional $500.
• Please note that GlobalGiving maintains the right to make a final decision on all matters concerning the adjudication of unique donors and final results of the June Global Open Challenge 2014
