(1) Not-for-profit: any surplus or assets are used for improving access to and for advancing quality education for disadvantaged students.
(2) to strive towards the inclusive and equitable provision of quality education for all.
(3) to provide free-of-charge access to content which has been originated or contributed to the Foundation voluntarily, for as long as the Foundation can sustain the costs of its delivery.
(4) to make discretionary awards to support disadvantaged students, the allowance of which shall be determined by the Board and the previous year's philanthropic allocation policy.
