Help Francie & Amelia Come Home With Blinky

Francie was working in the Netherlands when she met her husband. Just a few months into the relationship Francie became pregnant with Amelia. Her husband changed after that. He became moody and insulting. After she gave birth he was better, for a while. In the past few months the abuse has escalated. He even threatens to kill Amelia's pet Blinky Bunny. Last week, after he hit Amelia, Francie called us and asked us to help her escape home. project reportread updates from the field
Help Harlow After An Assault In Germany

Harlow went to Germany to study German in September. He went out one night with some friends and met someone that he wanted to get to know better. They went back to his apartment and opened a bottle of wine. That is the last thing Harlow remembers. When he woke up, he realized he had been sexually assaulted and robbed: his money, computer, phone and American passport. When he called us he felt so ashamed and he didn't want anyone to know, especially his parents who don't know he is gay. project reportread updates from the field
Please help Cody keep Ollie!

We are currently in the process of helping Cody and his mother Chelsea flee Australia and come back to the USA. If Cody can't bring his cat Ollie back he will be devastated. With this project we will be able to fly Ollie back home with Chelsea and Cody. We need to get the veterinary vaccinations, the certificate, a crate and the cost to fly Ollie home with his family. project reportread updates from the field
Please help Karma come home with Sheila

Karma is Sheila's beloved dog. Karma moved with Sheila and her husband to Switzerland last year. Sheila's husband has become more and more abusive to her and Karma. Recently when her abusive husband attacked her, Karma bit him. In return he forced Karma in a room by herself for two days without food or water. With this project we will be able to get Karma a vet certificate, a crate and fly her home with Sheila for a discounted rate we already negotiated with an airline. project reportread updates from the field
Please Help Foster Vivi

Anna is planning to flee her abuser in Mexico. We are currently safety planning and Anna hopes to escape soon. We have shelter arranged for her when she returns but the shelter cannot take Vivi, Anna's pet dog. We have found a foster home that is willing to take Vivi for six weeks while Anna finds a job and gets back on her feet. This project will shelter Vivi for six weeks and provide a safe home and food. project reportread updates from the field
Please Help Save Bobo From Abuse.

Bobo is Hannah's beloved pet guinea pig. We are hoping to relocate Hannah, her mom and Bobo back to the USA to flee abuse in Argentina before the holidays. Hannah's father will kill Bobo if left behind. The airline will accept Bobo as Hannah's carry on bag but they want $150. Hannah has a small carrier. We need $150 to get Bobo back home, plus a proper cage, food & supplies for Bobo when they get home. project reportread updates from the field

Help Abused American Mothers with Minutes for Moms

The Americans Overseas Domestic Violence Crisis Center receives over 3000 incoming crisis calls, emails and live chats per year from desperate American women who are being abused overseas. Each minute on the international toll free crisis center hotline, 866-USWOMEN, costs $1.00 in toll charges. We are asking for donations to our Minutes for Mom's Campaign to give moms a lifeline of hope. 100% of all donations will go directly to pay the toll charges 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. project reportread updates from the field
Help 30 Victims Call The Crisis Center Every Month

American victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in a foreign country are afraid, vulnerable and unaware of their options for safe law enforcement reporting or safe medical treatment. They may feel too ashamed to tell their friends, family, work colleagues or school counselor. By contributing to this project, we will be able to provide 30 victims per month with a minimum of one hour of advocacy, case management and compassionate informed confidential response internationally toll free. project reportread updates from the field
