Based in New York City, Soliya is an international nonprofit organization with a mission to empower young adults to engage with their differences constructively. Soliya pioneered the field of virtual exchange -- defined as technology-enabled, people-to-people dialogue sustained over a period of time -- as a distinct medium of equipping rising generations with the empathy, employability, and leadership skills to thrive in the 21st Century world and workforce.
