The project is started! - October 2021

The work could be started despite the difficulties due to the pandemic.

Thanks to the work of the community of San Antonio de Copo and the contribution of those who supported this project, 14 water tanks were already built.

Two work crews have been formed with the inhabitants of Santiago de Copo: one in charge of the construction of the concrete slabs with which the cisterns are built. The other team is in charge of the construction itself.

The next step is to start the construction of the roofs, before the rainy season starts.

Please keep on supporting this amazing project!

Thank you!!!

The kindergarten is taking shape, have a look! - October 2021

The metal structure of the building is complete! And now we are assembling the enclosure around it!

A total of 65 work sessions have been completed by a combination of neighbors, work cooperatives and volunteers from different parts of Argentina during the last 5 months.

Tasks completed:

-Concrete foundations for the main building.

-Fabrication and assembly of the metal structure of the main building.

-Training course for neighbors in steel frame technology.

Next steps:

-We are working on completing the enclosure of the building with a combination of structural, insulating and finishing material that will ensure an aesthetic, low maintenance and highly insulated building for the kindergarten.

-The following milestone will be doing the concrete roof of the structure, which will allow the construction of a second floor by Los Amigos in the future.

-In parallel we will be working on completing the columns and beams for the hallways connecting the existing and new building.

Please keep supporting this amazing project!

THANK YOU!

The bridge is finished!

We are pleased to inform you that the bridge is now a fact!

Our team worked hard in close collaboration with the residents of the "El Molino" and "Eucaliptus" neighborhoods. Its inhabitants now have the fulfilled right to circulate safely on their way to work or school. And like all the projects we support, this has the added value of having involved the people who will use the bridge in the future from the very beginning: from its design, through its construction, to the final inauguration.

Despite the current situation and the many difficulties that we all face worldwide, this project is a fact thanks, among other things, to YOUR SUPPORT! THANKS A LOT! Keep helping us and let's design a better world. You can find below the links to our current projects:
