Mission

Our mission is - To change the narrative of mental health amongst women, girls and young people through advocacy and education; To create safe places for people with mental health problems to speak freely without fear of judgment and stigmatisation; To give mental health a voice in Nigeria and normalise conversations concerning them; To use innovative approaches to influence attitude and behaviours towards mental health in Nigeria To raise public awareness of mental health issues, provide holistic approaches to mental health in individuals, schools and organisations, and build stronger and mentally healthy communities.
