Delran Township Public Schools serves 3,000 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade in a comprehensive setting. The students in our charge are challenged with a rigorous curriculum. Additionally, we have a robust extracurricular program that focuses on personal development and teamwork. Despite being underfunded by the NJ Department of Education at only 62% of what the state runding system says we are due, Delran Township student excel at the very top of their class when comparing like schools and districts. As a result we have been named to the AP Honor Roll by the College Board; been named as a High Performing District by the New Jersey Department of Education and have annual achievement increases across every grade level and demographic subgroup. In short, its a great day to be in Delran. We exist to serve the students in our charge. The faces in Delran are changing a bit. We have 35% of our children representing differnet nationalities, like Brazil and Turkey. The District has built an engineering center for K-12 students with a particular focus on problem solving. That grand opening hosted Congressman Andy Kim! Above all, our students in Delran are well served and are prepared to pursue the college and career of their choice. Its a great day to be in and serve in Delran.
