The Association's mission is to offer help and to give directions to people with special needs, provide care for mental health, care for the elderly, care for the addicted, perform information activities related to the forms of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of dependencies, develop rehabilitation programs for recovering from dependencies, provide sustainable conditions to enable the change of motivation, attitude and personality of the individuals suffering from addiction, including work within the protected frames of the therapeutic program, facilitate the access to social reintegration of formerly addicted individuals; work with the families and close persons of the individu... read more The Association's mission is to offer help and to give directions to people with special needs, provide care for mental health, care for the elderly, care for the addicted, perform information activities related to the forms of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of dependencies, develop rehabilitation programs for recovering from dependencies, provide sustainable conditions to enable the change of motivation, attitude and personality of the individuals suffering from addiction, including work within the protected frames of the therapeutic program, facilitate the access to social reintegration of formerly addicted individuals; work with the families and close persons of the individuals suffering from addiction and care for the vulnerable social groups as a whole. The Association's goals are connected with care towards improvement of education, offering of mental and social help, and health care, as well as care for disadvantaged people suffering from functional disabilities. At the same time, the Association is clear about the possibility of appearance of other human needs and may undertake appropriate initiatives and care in case that corresponds to the Association's goals set. The Association's goals are accomplished by establishing international contacts and representation aiming at protecting the interests of the people in need, authorized fund management, encouragement and provision of assistance for exercising and protecting human rights, training, organization and holding and stimulation of scientific researches in the fields, in which the Association has expert knowledge. Upon realization of the goals set, the Association may cooperate with other organizations - associations, foundations, institutions at national or international levels, as well as with trading companies and firms, which may support and protect the Association's interests and goals set. Such cooperation may be for a certain period of time or for the realization of one specific project. The Association may be a part of other associations sharing the same goals or whenever this is not in contradiction with the objectives set by the Association. The Association may develop within the country or abroad any activity that may have direct or indirect contribution to achieving the Association's goals, and for which there is no explicit statutory prohibition, under the respective established legal order.
