We are convinced only through concrete actions can we reverse the damage to our environment and reduce the rate of overexploitation of nature, we have decided to contribute with the restoration of our region and the planet. We have 14 years of continuous work in environment projects, being the only organization in Mexico that year after year organizes free reforestations open to all public, so far we have had over ten thousand volunteers participate in our activities during our existence. Currently we ate organizing between five to ten public reforestations a year, also we are collaborating with locals in Xochimilco to preserve and raise awareness about the importance of chinampas (artificial agricultural islands). Moreover we organize voluntary trips to Mixteca, Oaxaca region where we have installed over twenty ecological furnaces in locals homes which help reduce use of wood by forty percent and also reduce smoke inhalation from open furnaces inside the house which is one of the leading causes of death for women in Mixteca. Besides Oaxaca we also collaborate with communities in Wirikuta, San Luis Potosi where we also have planted trees and installed solar panels in their homes.
